Let me put it bluntly. I don't believe a word you say about Pre Paid ATM. Not only have I never had a problem with them, I know of no one who ever has either.
You seem to have an agenda against them for some reason. That's fine. But I choose to dismiss your baseless accusations and hysterical hyperbole.
PPATM is about 80% as good as PayPal was and about 40% better than NETeller is. It is by far the cheapest and easiest way to move money to and fro with respect to sportsbooks.
Unless you can PROVE your accusations, they have no merit.

Dell, i LOVE Prepaid ATM, but whats up with their credit card processor? That thing has been down for a long time, and it not that i am using "credit" to fund this, i am wanting to use my debit card, but since their processor is down, i was forced to use Neteller that last time i wanted to upgrade.

I have warned you and others. PPATM might be working fine for you now, but the owner of that company is a walking stiff. He is scum. He is a thief, a liar and a cheat. He will sell your names, email address and info in a heartbeat. He will stiff players and books alike. As long as he gets his, that is all that matters. I know this for a fact. I have seen him at work for a number of years, LOOOOOOONG before PPATM was even a twinkle in his eye. I, personally, know of more than one book who has been slow paid by PPATM on a regular basis. I personally know that the owner of PPATM is responsible for hacking into sportsbooks, disrupting their service and then trying to blackmail them in order to stop the hacking. This is fact and undeniable as even his former employees admit to it.

People who know a little bit of this industry, know about the owner of this operation. Most insiders know this man for what he is = a scam artist. As painful as it is, that's the fvcking truth.
PPATM is a great service. They have not fvcked anybody yet, and there are no factual proves that people will be scammed out of their hard earned cash.
One thing is clear: past endeavors of the owner of this company have been criminal. That, as Froggy said, is just the plain truth.

Those people willing to use this company deserve the right to know who they're dealing with. What's wrong with that? If the guy is reformed, time will prove him right.
